"Love my State Farm insurance company! Have used State Farm for over 40 years! And, Jim Groce…for over 20. This I will say…my home was burning down…Jim left his office to bring a check…to help me…immediately….while the house was on fire! Who does that!?? His granddaughter, Michaeldae, brought me a clothing item, and makeup. My home was destroyed, and 90 percent of all I have ever owned…pretty much all gone. I had…THE BEST ADJUSTER…Cathy Wilson. She was professional…yet caring. I absolutely loved her…still do! When you go through this…you are lost. You can’t think straight. I would have never made it through without her guiding me. Am so thankful for her! Jim, has been there through the years…a wonderful human being! He is a friend…that gives great advice, and I listened. The entire office cares about their clients! Just this week…Alye from his office…helped me with my car insurance. When they say they are going to do something…it’s taken care of immediately! That’s how this office works! They CARE! Have heard nightmare stories from friends and family…about other insurance companies when the storms of life hit….but have been blessed throughout my life with State Farm! "After reviewing quotes from several companies, I received a note from Gaven at State Farm asking if I would like a quote on my Auto and Home insurance. I stated I had several quotes and actually one form another State Farm office, but asked him to get me a quote as well. We communicated via email at first (per my request) and then eventually closed the deal by phone. Gaven was extremely polite and cordial and walked me through both quotes to make sure we had the best deal and I had all the coverages as before and some even better than I had at an even better price. Thank you Gaven for helping me save some money and with some great coverage. It's good to be back with State Farm after many years with other companies, and hopefully for many years to come."

"Initially, Alye was good. She quickly helped me switch vehicles on my policy and quoted me a rate. That said, I just had to edit this review to modify it (from 5 stars to 1 star) because, when I got my bill, they decided to jack up the rate by ~10%. After calling and speaking with them on the phone, they said there is nothing they can do to help / this is out of their control. So, when talking with their team, watch out with rates that you get quoted. They do not stand by what they say."
